What does "conformity" mean within our services?

By "conformity" we mean the alignment of internal processes and documentation with the explicit requirements of applicable ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001). We do not guarantee obtaining certification, only the preparation of documentation and operational workflows to meet audit conditions. Any certification decision belongs exclusively to the accredited certification body.

What is the difference between an internal audit and a certification audit?

An internal audit is a preliminary evaluation conducted by our team or personnel trained by us, aimed at identifying non-conformities before the official audit. The certification audit is carried out by an accredited external body and decides on granting or denying certification. We do not replace or directly influence the certification audit.

Do the services include training of the client's personnel?

Yes, our training packages are customized by role and department. The training covers how to present evidence of conformity, how to respond to auditor questions, and how to manage non-conformities. The training does not include ongoing education or individual certification of employees – this remains the client's responsibility.

Which documents are considered "mandatory" for certification?

Mandatory documents are those specified in the relevant standard: the management manual, documented procedures, mandatory records, and policies. We support their development, but the client is responsible for internal approval and effective implementation in daily operations. The delivered documentation is a tool, not a guarantee of final conformity.

Is there a limit to liability for the services provided?

Our liability is limited to the quality of services provided under the contract. We assume no liability for decisions made by certification bodies, subsequent legislative changes, or the client's failure to implement our recommendations. Any financial claims are excluded, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
